All American was founded by a diligent and hardworking husband and wife team, James and Kimberly Blevins. With 25 years of experience working in physical therapy and serving area seniors, Kimberly witnessed firsthand the lengthy wait times for assisted transportation. With over 30 years of experience as a local business owner and entrepreneur, James too became Inspired to provide a more reliable and cost effective transportation solution. Starting with a single vehicle in 2007, All American Transportation has grown to a fleet of more than 40 vehicles serving an untold number of clients, families, and facilities.

Unlike other services operating as a curb-to-curb service, All American is committed to safely escorting you or your loved one from your residence or facility to a clean and comfortable vehicle. On arrival at your destination, our trained staff will escort you to check-in.

In leveraging years of experience in serving tens of thousands of clients, All American continues to build and cultivate strong relationships with facility staff, patients, and families. Rather than focusing exclusively on volume and profits, All American is keenly focused on providing exceptional and timely customer service with the compassion you and your loved ones deserve.

We are continuously striving to implement effective strategies for enhanced training, integrated technologies, and managerial support and communication. Because we provide local and long distance transportation, effective planning and communication between dispatch and key facilities is paramount.

We continuously work on enhancing our scheduling and traffic management in an effort to reduce travel and wait times while increasing efficiency. We work to adapt and implement policies and procedures to support our mission, to analyze and advise on transportation issues, evaluate scheduling conflicts, negotiate and correspond with carriers, vendors, and strategic partners.

Dispatchers will receive extensive instruction on using our technological integration systems designed to support our growing scheduling and logistical demands. Dispatchers are responsible for the following:

Customer intake
Preparation of daily schedules and trip manifests
Effective driver management and scheduling
Trip management and oversight
Coordination with facility personnel
